Sharon A. Marcus – “The Teacher’s Teacher”
Sharon A. Marcus is a veteran urban educator with more than 50 years of experience, from elementary classrooms to university teacher residencies. She is the founder of Springs of Hope, a support and reflection space for urban teachers that centers:
- Teacher well-being and boundaries
- The sacredness of education
- The wisdom of culture, community, and lived experience
Sharon is passionate about helping teachers who are exhausted, questioning, or “one foot out the door” reconnect to their calling in a way that doesn’t cost them their health, joy, or identity.
